Welcome to the ONECAMP 2026 - Discover Registration site for Participants.

Before you can logon you must create and activate an account, if you do not have an account please go to the Register New User section (see below) and create your account. Once you have created your account (and activated it) log in and complete your application the OneCamp.

Please note:
Each Applicant must have a separate account, though the same email address can be used for multiple accounts.

OneCamp has produced an Information Pack for everyone. Please download the Information Pack, ensure that you read and understand the information contained within, should you have any questions about this information please contact the Registrar, onecamp@scoutswa.com.au.

Register New User (Create an Account)
  To register, in the relevant section enter your preferred Username, Password, email address and click Register. An email will be sent to your nominated email address with instructions detailing how to activate your account and complete your application.

To ensure the security of your personal data we enforce a strict password policy. Your password must either be a stong password of at least 8 characters and contain at least 1 Capital letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 number and 1 special character (excluding the apostrophe) OR a passphrase of greater than 12 characters (eg My mother eats vegemite). Please note a password/phase cannot include SCOUT or JAMBOREE.

Privacy Notification
In compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles and the GDPR regulations, the following matters are brought to your attention:
  1. In line with the APPs and the GDPR regulations Scouts Australia, ONECAMP 2026 - Discover, is permitted to hold and store information provided by yourself or on behalf of yourself for the reason specified below.
  2. This Registration Database and the Application Form collect information (including health information) about you.
  3. The information is collected -
    1. to decide whether you may be included in the OneCamp, ONECAMP 2026 - Discover;
    2. to make arrangements for your participation and welfare should you be included;
    3. to enable the organisers of the OneCamp to plan for and organise the running of the OneCamp.
  4. The information you provide on the Medical and Dietary sections will be used by those responsible for your welfare or medical treatment at the OneCamp and access to that information will be restricted and disclosed accordingly.
  5. Subject to paragraph (a), the information collected will be used by authorised OneCamp staff for the purposes stated in paragraph (c).
  6. The information is collected by and will be held by Scouts Australia, ONECAMP 2026 - Discover.
  7. You have rights to access the personal information held about you and where necessary correct any information held.
  8. At any time before you attend the ONECAMP 2026 - Discover you are permitted to request that your data is removed from our database, with a right to be forgotten, please contact onecamp@scoutswa.com.au to request your data be removed
  9. Your data is only used by Scouts Australia and will never be sold or given to a third-party.
  10. Our IT provider is an Australian Company, Round Table Software P/L, ABN: 39 139 381 954. Your data is stored in a secure Data Centre located in Sydney, Australia.
  11. Photographs will be taken at the OneCamp and may be used for publicity and marketing of this and future Scouting events.
